Very helpful friendly staff when we picked up the camper. Helped us book a further camper for NZ and threw in free chairs, table and heater.
A couple of very minor issues, none of which adversly affected our overall experience, prevents me giving full five stars.

Overall experience was good. we had an issue with our van after 3 days and the customer service was good.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy to take the van back quickly but never asked us how it was and if we had any issues.
Very easy and quick
We loved Clint the camper. A little old but got us a long way with no issues.
Tried to hire new one. Due to no new car available, hired old one. So, very worn out. But when it come to price vs performance, I was happy. One thing I regret is noisy by rattling facilities when driving. For example, if I can fasten the table, then the table will not rattle. You need to supplement those kind of simple things.
It was good, got upgraded to a better van. Winnie and the rest if the team at the Perth store were brilliant

Great staff that helped us out at the beginning, van was brand new and in perfect condition for us
Everything was super great although the only thing that was noticeably annoying was the cups in the cup cupboard moving around whilst driving and the stove top being inside the actual van as it kept setting off the smoke detector and got a little messy although other than that, was extremely good!
The customer service at the Melbourne site was very helpful and friendly.

Taitum, in the office was particularly efficient, courteous and helpful.
A great step up from a tent, especially in the cold weather.
